just installed this. keeps showing me separate video ts and audio ts files... Why cant I play a dvd with both video and audio? I have to manually open the file explorer and click on the dvd rw

I bought this DVD Drive/Writer. It came with a power cord. Prongs on the power cord transformer are not protruding out and therefore I am unable to connect to the AC source. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
